Full size van. Brakes. Right rear drum "frozen", rusted and scored. Not functioning. I have them check brakes at every oil change. This problem was many, many months in the making. THEY NEVER CHECKED THE BRAKES! Any auto accident should be investigated as to mechanical failure because this service bay is totally incompetent. I received the "deer in the headlights" look when I asked them "what have you been checking at every oil change?" The only way to hit any corporation is in their pocketbooks! Hold your auto service company accountable! Unless your life is irrelevant. I will be supervising any work done, period!
