People I talked with had their own prepared dialog and would not listen to the question I was asking.

On Feb 12th I received and e-mail stating that I would receive my medications within 10 business days. On or about 15 business days after this e-mail I checked with customer service and they informed me that the supplier was running about 3 weeks behind. I am on the phone now with another customer service person and he is telling me that the meds haven't even ship. It seems that you and your supplier are not communicating well with each other. User's recommendation: I wish I had one.
