I’ve been working with this bank for a long time, but an unpleasant situation arose with them for the first time. I work with this bank not as a private person, but as an accountant of a small company. Through the bank, we pay the salaries of our employees, settle accounts with suppliers, receive payments from customers. We use only corporate accounts. But a few weeks ago people started calling me on my personal phone number, introducing themselves as bank employees and asking me to provide some personal information. It seemed to me that these people are scammers and have nothing to do with the bank. I am almost sure of this, since they gave our corporate account numbers, but did not understand that these were not personal accounts, but corporate ones. When I turned to the bank with this problem, they told me that they would quickly sort out the situation, but I must personally come to the bank and write a statement. I did so, presenting all the documents that give me permission to work with the accounts of our company. The bank employees approached my questions with all responsibility, but I still haven’t received the answers to all of them (more than 2 weeks have passed). I hope they will help me understand what happened and all the funds in our accounts will remain in place.
