Good afternoon, I realize Peebles has gone out of business and they were all Gordmans. In June when the stores opened back up, after being closed due to COVID-19, my daughter and I went in there to use her Peebles gift card that I had purchased for her before Peebles shut down and we were told they were not accepting gift cards at that time due to they would be shutting down soon, but did not have a date as to when they would shut down. I was given a website to go to, to claim my money, but that is a credit card payment website for Stage Stores. I still have a $75 gift card and another $10 gift card. How do I get my money back? I do not understand why I was unable to use it, as you already have my $85. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me on this matter.
