I am shocked at this casinos service. 5 days to do a review, then they come on the last day to say they need one more document, I send it and wait another 5 days, again today on my last day of review I get an email to say I have been randomly selected for a yearly review. Seems like this happens to everyone waiting for a payout according to the reviews.Does the casino have money to pay their players winnings? Very quick to take the money. How long does this so called yearly review take? You cannot tell me it takes this long to verify a client's identity?? It is utter rubbish. I am so pissed off by this experience, I want more answers, I want a time frame as to when MY money will be paid out. User's recommendation: Don't be fooled.
