Payments not received/ email and telephone response

I have been filing my certifications for my UI claim but haven't received a payment since 4/4/21. I've tried calling and once when I did get to speak to someone they couldn't remedy the problem in the system so they " escalated" the call to someone else, when this person finally answered they looked at the issue and couldn't resolve the problem either so I was put on hold again at which time I was on hold a total of 5hour 38minutes and then the call disconnected because it was 8p.m. The next week when I got in queue again I was on hold for 30minutes and when it was picked up the line disconnected. I've sent 4 emails since 5/3/21 and haven't received a response to my question about my payments.
