Payments drafted from my account not refunded

My mortgage was drafted from my bank account on 4/14 TWICE. I have had multiple conversations that have led me to a DEAD END. I have been lied to and told the payment was posted to my bank and never did. This is stealing money. My mortgage was due on 5/1 and I cant afford to pay an extra payment when they have taken it already!

》 Mortgage loan was paid in full April, 2020. Unable to sell home because as of July, 2021, Mr Cooper had not sent a request to Release the Lien to my local Recorder of Deeds. Yes, 15 months later !!!
