Payment without authorization

Flexi withdrew a payment from my account without my authorization. No where in our contract did it state there that they were allowed to do so without my consent. Also, the manager was always sending me text messages from his personal phone to my phone which my husband and myself thought this was very unprofessional. We were out of town on an emergency with borrowed money and because of this unauthorized payment withdrawal, they left us stuck where we were at without a way to return and again having to borrow more money. I have already filed a complaint against them and the person responsible.
