Dear team, I booked OLA cab, on date 14 Aug , vehicle number : MH02EH0635 wagon R Driver name : suresh chandra bharat ram yadav Invoice id : CRN550766**** FROM : VASAI EAST TO THANE and was charged twice as i made it firstly by upi id phonepay and due to tech issue the payment didnt reflect on his device then he asked for cash, and i made second payment by cash then likewise. Pls let me know the refund policy in this situation and where it would get reflected and when ??? Pls
