Payment still in Receiving stage

One of our client (CI Asset Management) had made the payment of EUR 8171 on 8th March 2021. Still we have not received the payment. Initially it showed as " In progress", later it says "Receiving". Its already a week and the amount still not hit our account. Client has send us the remittance note with respect to this payment.
