My girlfriend had ordered two cell phones and the only thing that had to be paid was the taxes $9.99 had to be paid her card wasn't working bank card so I offered mine since I was already on the account she then said she had to file a fraud claim for some off the wall situation. Both my girlfriend as well as myself expressed why are you filing fraud claim.
