PAYMENT MADE TO WRONG PC ACCOUNT….GET NOTHING BUT RUN AROUND FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS

Made payment to wrong PC Financial account. WHAT A FRKN NIGHTMARE. 10 calls (and hours) to PC Financial. (There is actually no one to speak to only useless and endless choices to choose from). MY BANK HAS REPEATEDLY TOLD ME THEY SENT ALL THE REQUIRED INFO TO These BOZOS. AND THEY KEEP DENYING IT. User's recommendation: DITCH PC FINANCIAL CARD.
