Payment and update information is a run around . Customer service is no help for a number of things. I’m out of town and can’t pay my bill by phone so I can’t work out.

The payment method, if I have a different card I have to physically go into the center I signed up at to update and pay. I was out of state for a week a couldn't work out because customer service couldn't accept my payment and update my information . User's recommendation: Go to a better gym that serves you with courtesy and you get what you pay for.
