Called Comcast cant speak to a person logged in to Comcast to chat with someone cant chat cause I no longer have a log in . This is ridiculous that you call and just keep getting put to another department that keeps telling you the same thing just wanted to pay outstanding balance and they cant even take my payment User's recommendation: Don’t sign up with Comcast.
