I have reached out by phone and email about my account. I was supposed to get coolsculpting done in June, but when I went to my appointment they said I didn't have enough fat under my chin to get the procedure. However, I am still paying for a procedure I didn't get... That's 1200 dollars for something I never received. I have reached out 4 different times, it's ridiculous. They persuade you and annoy you to set up an appointment, but when you want your money back you hearnothing.
