Went to my Eye appointment which took a whole month to get due to Covid only to find that Paychex COBRA had never forwarded my payments that I made for December January and February to Empire Blue Vision! Thus it was basically inactive so spent whole day trying to find where my Paychex COBRA MONEY went to!!!!!! Additionally called Delta Dental and they never even got notice that I was going COBRA so where did my September October November December and January Payments go to? Are they keeping it in Paychex COBRA POCKETS TO wait see if people really are going to use that so they can POCKET THE DIFFERENCE???!!! User's recommendation: SUE PAYCHEX COBRA FOR POCKETING THE FUNDS!!
