Pay Issues

We work out of the People Ready office in the west side of Columbus Ohio. While Andrew was our office liaison for Taylor Corporation we rarely had payment issues. But since they switched liaison to a female named Allison, all we've had is problems with getting paid on time. It seems like she's more concerned with making it so she can do as little work as possible rather than doing the job the way that Andrew did. For example, we saw Andrew at least 4 days a week and we could also contact him via email. We this Allison person, we're lucky to see her even once during the week. As far as payment goes, it seems that she processes payouts whenever she feels like it. My thoughts on this is that why take a job that you truly don't want to do, especially when it involves other people's money? I'm sure if HER paycheck was handled like she does OURS it would be a different story! My opinion is that she needs to be in a different business and replaced with someone who actually cares about the job they were hired to do.
