Update by user Aug 01, 2019 They don't answer phones, ever. Original review posted by user Jul 31, 2019 The sofa and one chair was put together. The 2nd chair had a missing armrest. I called and got a busy signal for 3 days. I called the company but no answer for 2 days. So everything was disassembled, boxed, and dropped off at UPS. The tracking numbers are 123****A904899**** and 123****A904955****, which you asked for. AHH in Florida
