I paid for my son's phone, I begged for service from Mobicell, 2 month after we were only assisted on how and are where to hand the device in………. after several calls and emails weeks passed by we eventually received the quote, then the quote was wrong, then we were forced to pay for your mistake and now the phone is missing!!! 5 Months after the nightmare began……
