Pathetic customer services

Adobe has the worst and most low category of customer services. Their support reps are not adequately trained on product support. They never call back despite scheduled call I have faced these issues for more than 10 times in the last 1 year. They dont provide access to senior managers if you want to lodge a complaint. User's recommendation: Please don't buy their product. They will charge u monthly fees but will not provide service when you will need it.
