We had a payment plan to pay my son's medical bills. They somehow stopped the plan and now are sending my son to collections when we had routinely made payments. They also lost the authorization for communication that was done, since he is a college student over 18. This issue has happened twice with them. User's recommendation: Stay away from Beloit Health Systems. The Doctors were good but the billing will cause endless issues.
