We have purchased this pasta for a number of months, available at your Chatswood Chase (NSW) stores. During the past few weeks this product has not been available, the shelves have not been replenished systematically. The Chatswood store junior staff was helpful, was not informed on the product and called on a more senior staff. She could only suggest that " We are taking a number of items off the shelves" and left. Also, they did not offer to search as what was the situation. We are coming daily in your store so we expect some more courteous attitude towards the customer on the part of your more senior staff.
