I am a small business located in Troy NY my company did a project for a large sum of money and have yet to be paid the balance of close to $6000.00. The final payment is 5 months past due and every month I get promised next month. They own 100 properties in the area that are rented to college students and collect thousands of dollars every month and still refuse to pay. I have email thanking us for the great job we did also emails promising month after month to pay. No checks ever arrive.
