I have asked my local office repeatedly for an itemized bill of my account. I am also paying Care Credit for services. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT WAS COVERED AND PAID, AND WHAT WAS NOT, FOR THE SERVICES PERFORMED! I do not want to, and will not, pay for services twice. Balance forward as a line item on your bill without explanation is not acceptable as an invoice. I need to match the payments to Care Credit. . SEND ME AN ITEMIZED BILL! User's recommendation: make sure you get an itemized invoice of charges before leaving the office.
