Pass due at no fault of me

Last month and this month I have been charged for pass due $40. I set up with my bank to pay you, its it's my fault the bank is late and would like this overturned and reimbursed. Also, I would like to close this card out after I get reimbursed, and I will pay it off. I have allowed this late payment a few times and as I see it you shouldn't be tarnished because of your rules you have to pay by bank bill pay or tarnished because the holidays make payments late. User's recommendation: If someone wants to pay by phone done charge them. At least you are getting our money to pay off our card , so when we want to close it we can get our money back.
