Parts ordered, Charged for parts never shipped.

Ordered parts, paid for parts never shipped. Talked with 2 costumer service reps. 2 days in a row. Was told I would receive emails on what was going on no email sent. 2/18/21 Canceled order asked for refund. Rep put me on hold while she sent email no email sent. 2nd rep talked with said they did not have my shipping address but the rep I talked with on 2/17/21 verified my address when I talked to her the day before. Cancel my order send me a refund. Order # [protected] Kent [protected]
