On july 13th I had my 2000 ford excursion service at the Macco in Aurora Colorado store #M2369 for door handles and lock fixed. On july 22nd and 31st. I went to Macco to see when my truck will be complete. I was told by steve they are waiting for parts. I went to Macco again on August 6th to if the parts came in. I was told again by steve that parts should be here in a couple of days and your truck will be ready. I called August 13th they said that my truck just got finished and ready for pickup. On August 14th I went to Macco to pick up my truck and seen that they just slapped the handles on the door and and didn't repaint the handles. So I refused to take the truck till they fix the handles correctly. Their associate Paul said okay we will fix it but we have to keep it for a couple of days. I said okay.He jump in my truck and started the truck and drove it to the back of the building. At that time my truck sound very loud but I didn't suspect anything. I thought maybe cause it's been sitting for so long. I called August 19th and 25th Paul said the trucks not ready. I called August 27th and paul said your truck is now ready. August 28 I go to Macco I see my truck. I inspect the door handles and it looks great. I pay Steve and get my keys. I jump in my truck and start my truck up and I hear that loud noise again. I get out to inspect my truck and when I look underneath I see my catalytic converter is cut off. I immediately tell Steve and he tells me that the crime rate had gone up around this area and he doesn't have control over the crime rate. So he not responsible for what happened to my truck. Steve gave me a phone number to exhaust pros. Exhaust pro said to fix will be 900.00 -1200.00 I know that Steve and his associates knew the catalytic converter was stolen off my truck at time I went to pick it up on August 14th and didn't want to tell me. Macco is totally responsible for the catalytic converter missing from my truck
