I own a 2012 Chevy cruz, in which the drivers side visor broke again. They replaced it last year and now the same visor broke again. This time the service manager wants me to pay half of it which will amount to 50 bucks, and he said they will pay the labor! The labor? It just snaps in. The plastic little end broke. Since it is the same side of the visor and the same visor as last time, now i, m wondering if they ever fixed it the 1st time. This is not good customer service. I have 35, 000 kilm. On my car, plus i, m the only driver, so I know I never abused it. Plus how many times do you think that I use the mirror? I would like you to look into this, and find out if they ever fixed it and why it keeps breaking, i, ve never owned a car where the visor broke! Ever! My name is Janice Soares.
