Hi. I have purchased virtually a pack a day of parker and simpson reds in 20s pack from ctc tobacco shop (8/4/21-15/4/21) in berkeley nsw... Of each packet at least half of the cigarettes were not at all smokeable due to the poor quality of either tobacco and/or manufacturing and tobacco being as expensive as it is id expect better quality as a customer... Attached is a photo of what was happening as I smoked them... I was so disappointed I gave some away only to have them returned to me they were apparently that bad... I'd appreciate being compensated as I had faith I was buying quality cigarettes and in the past they have been of a reasonable quality... Out of the 7 packets over a week I bought every packet was of inferior quality to the usual standard and I feel i've wasted money... I was told to lodge a complaint as I enquired at place of purchase but seems there isn't much they can do.. I have proof of purchases via my banking app... Thankyou...
