Hi there i have been buying Parker and Simpson 25s in blue for years and switched to parker and Simpson blue 25g over a year ago and the last 4 to 5 pouches i have purchased have a blue tac like substance in them its either really soft black stuff or really solid black stuff i have a pic off the last 25g i bought one on the 9/4/21 in esk qld. Not sure what it is but I get it alot in the tobacco i buy
