I ordered two things from two separate companies on Shopee on the same day. 31 August 2021. One of them departed from station J&T in Penang since 5 September and I still haven't received the parcel. I'm LIVING IN PENANG! How long is it going to take for a parcel to get from one place to another in the same freaking city?? The other one is STILL on the way from Melaka from 1 September. When I tried to remind the orders on the app, it said invalid order numbers. How is that even possible?? J&T is the worst. People always think POSLaju is bad but J&T is worse. At least if I send a parcel using POSLaju, I can know that the parcel will be delivered within three days. The trouble is, NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. Might as well just close the company and move on. Let other company do the deliveries because clearly, J&T doesn't have what it takes to do it properly.
