Parcel sending argent stolen parcel

I hope my email finds you well. I am launching a complaint against Pep Store and Paxi (the agent company that Pep uses to send parcels). I sent my parcel on the 1st of June and on its arrival to the destination at Hammanskral Pep Store on the 16th of June, the parcel was open with nothing inside. Since then, I have visited Pep Stores with the hope that this case will be solved but unfortunately, Pep personnel have no interest in helping me. PAXI contact number is always engaged and my attempt to communicate through the Facebook page did not yield any results. I noticed that many people complain about their parcels being stolen by PAXi and yet nothing is done about it. I'm afraid that my parcel is going to be one of those that will go missing and nothing is done about it. My parcel number is D530100262605. Please assist me.
