parcel not receiving

Good Day! My concern is about the parcel that I am not receiving..Parcel is from agdigus..I received text Messages last saturday 15th of June that order is shipped with LBC but until now I havent received it so I did track the parcel then found out that there is a problem locating my address..please call me at [protected] for the address..
