Parcel loss

Shopee express simply drop my parcel at condo lobby and assumed I already received by update in system my name as recipient. The parcel went lost and shoppee customer service reject my refund request. Wrote to dispute team and dispute team said revert to the agent for solution. Shopee is ignoring all evidence I given. How can a courier service simply drop parcel at lobby and assumed customer received it? Irresponsible and terrible. Until now no update and no refund User's recommendation: Avoid using shopee express.
