I ordered from Shein on the 25th of May 2021 and till to date, I haven't received my order, I don't know if its lost or what, I've phoned and emailed aramex but NOTHING!!! everytime I call aramex, they tell me it is still in customs, but when I track it it say it has been cleared from customs, I don't know whats happening and I don't know if I'll ever get it, I went there on the 1st of July n no one helped me, they took the tracking number and left me standing there, I have things I need to use this week, but still no delivery, today is the 9th of July 2021, and I don't know where my order is. I never want to receive my parcel through aramex ever!!!
