Parcel disappeared

Dear Customer services, I have sent two parcels out on the same day via in post locker. One has never arrived at its location. How is this possible. Here is the parcel reference number. P2G8857**** I have opened an enquiry but not received any contact or feedback from yourselves. The parcel tracing system looks like I have stored the item. It doesnt seem as its been picked up!
