PANDEMIC: Unfriendly crew member during boarding refused me to enter plane FLIGHT TP1464

A very harsh and unfriendly female member of TAP Portugal Airlines stopped me from going on board of the plane to Morocco at Lisbon airport on 7th August 2021. Travelling from Germany they did not let me continue my travel to Morocco from Lissabon (Portugal). Even if I had a valid negative Covid-test with me. She was asking me for a hotel reservation and a prove of payment for 10 nights. Then she shouted angry at me why I did not get the Covid-vaccine in Germany, it is easy and for free, she said. This is not her business at all! She thought she is an authority, there is not even a law for this kind of issue. --- Firstly I came directly from Germany and stayed just 4 hours in Lisbon Airport as a TRANSIT PASSENGER!!! ---- Secondly I have an appartement in Morocco with my husband, I do not need any hotel. If quarantine is needed I would do it in my private appartement. I had to incur very high extra costs because of this woman crew member. I am claiming reimbursement from TAP Air Portugal. On the same day I had to book a new flight to Morocco in order to use my COVID-test valid for 3 days/72 hours. I booked a flight with Ryanair to Brussels, stayed at this airport over night and took the next early morning flight to Morocco. STATEMENT OF COSTS: 164,87 ----Ticket Lissabon - Oujda (no luggage included) 59,00 -----Extra booking of one luggage 55,00 ------Overweight for my luggage 186,98 ----- New flight Lisbon-Brussel FR1301 on the same day 173,98 ----- New flight Brussel-Oujda FR8774 on the next day 110,00 ----- Overweight for my luggage for flig OF ht FR8774 Kristin Peukert User's recommendation: Do not let anybody stop you to go onboard if it is not police during the PANDEMIC.
