I was scammed into believing that paypal needed me to refund $900 to a buyer via Zelle because they accidentally paid more than they needed to. I did and lost that money to a scammer because I used Zelle. Nothing Zelle could do to regain my funds. User's recommendation: Zelle cannot get your money back once it is paid out.
