I am Charlene Le Roux. I applied to study Teaching Grade R at Lyceum College in January 2021. Was told I qualified and paid my registration of R4600 on 15 February 2021. Only to find out almost a month later that I was never registered. After a lot of struggling I requested a refund on 23rd March 2021. Was told that it takes up to 3 months. Three months later I spoke to Lebohang Makoro again and she told me that my name is on the list for payment first week in July. I called first week July and was told my payment was not made and she will get back to me. I never received any feedback. Since the beginning it has been a struggle to get hold of anyone at Lyceum to assist me, numerous emails (no response) phone calls (no answer). I don't understand why it is so difficult to refund someone that was never registered. This is so frustrating and inconsiderate. This was such a setback for me. I don't know what to do anymore. Bad Bad service!!!
