Entered bank details and then screen said it had not been successful - entered them again. However, payment had gone through twice. After some searching I managed to get an email address to contact customer services. Goods have now been received and extra payment has don't be in a hurry to 're-enter don't now been refunded. User's recommendation: Don't be in a hurry to re-enter bank details - check first that payment had definitely not gone through.
