Paid for express shipping still no movement

I paid for express shipping to receive my items before I go out of town. Its been two business days and no movement on my package. There is no one to call and the *** customer contact they send you to does not work. Why did I pay extra for shipping if its not going to come in any sooner and why in the *** can you not contact anyone. User's recommendation: DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
