Paid for express delivery, it took 10 days!

I cannot claim that it is the fault of the store. But I paid extra to order express delivery and to receive the package in 3 days. The website said it would take 1–3 days. Instead, it arrived in 10 days! I wrote them yesterday, no answer so far. Are they too busy to answer me? Sure, they do not deal with delivery themselves. But they should bear certain responsibility for the work of their partners in any case. And the fact that they have been ignoring my email since yesterday makes the situation look even worse. So waiting for their answer, but cannot give more than 2 stars so far. Although their goods and prices deserve the highest grade!

The package can still come in a damaged box, the delivery there disappointed.
