Paid for books and never got them and unable to contact anyone by phone or email dissatisfied customer service

Unable to reach customer service was hung up on after 5 min on hold all morning then after lunch all afternoon next day same thing tried to email to busy unable contact anyone wrote a letter??the order line staff no help actually refused to help or assist with undelivered order they got my money I have no merchandise I guess I donated to their ministry big time shame on me once never again. User's recommendation: Don't order from the show.
