I attempted to order some clothes and when trying to pay it was saying my details of billing didn't match but they did so I attempted three times and each time I tried it's taken the money from my bank account and it hasn't gone through as an order as they confirmed they hadn't received anything but the money hasn't come back to me and now they aren't replying to my emails and messages. I'm very disappointed and i've lost money that I can't get back until they decline the payments to bounce back to me!!!
