Paid and still unable to message

I made a payment of $150 to be able to use the app and message sitters and it still did not let me have access to the app or to message anyone for care. It was only after I emailed the customer support after 2 weeks I was able to use the app. By that time I had already needed a sitter and found one elsewhere. I would like a refund as the app did not work and I no longer have use for it.
