I gave them 264.00 promised that they would get rid of the rats in my home. The came fixed the screens around outside of my house they went up into attic set some bait traps and that was that. They never came back until weeks later. Rats weren't gone they put 1 trap under sink useless. One girl came back said it was too hot to go into attic. Still after a year they aren't gone. I want my money back and the rats gone. User's recommendation: They are lazy and never did anything that was worth 264.00 don't call them.
