Packing Question

I bought a drum set from High End Drums. Mr. Leslie Foster 12 days ago. He created a UPS label for 1 of 3 Boxes. He tells me he needs 2 more Lables from y'all. What is the hold up. I need my Drumset ASAP. UPS tells me he created One label but didn't drop it OFF. Any Help would be Greatly Appreciated. Thanks , Jon
