Dear sir, We hired VRl RELOCATIN (Packers and Movers Chennai, Best Movers Packers (http://www.vrlrelocation.com)) transportation for Total 14 items from Chennai to Hyderabad on 6th July 2018. On 8 th July we received total of 13 items and one item Onida Led TV 24 Inch is missing( Worth Rs.14, 500 only). From one month of follow up, today ie 10 th August they credited only Rs. 7, 000 only. But they have to pay us full amount. Upon enquiringly they are replying that insurance is paying only this amount. Even they are not giving insurance policy & insurance company and claim details . Mr.Mukesh (Branch manager) He is not speaking good. Every time telling lie. Theay transfer our goods open goods vehicle. So, I doubt my TV missed or this people only taken. This is still question mark ????? I need my full money. I thought it is a VRL Group ( Vijayanad RodlinePvt Ltd ). But its local VRL. Kindly do the needfull. Guide me what I can do .
