Hi team , I am raising this concern for the second time since there was no response to the earlier mail. I had made a purchase on 8th of July 2021 with a Zara order number 525******** and that was delivered to me on 13 of July, however the package was completely opened and delivered to me, such practise from the delivery team was not something that I would appreciate. Kindly look into this matter since it doesnt give us confidence to do further business if this is how the package is going to be tampered and delivered. Note :- I had also raised the same concern with the delivery team however no response from them too . Thank you .
