Package updates

I am trying to track my order and the laser ship website is completely unhelpful. There has been no updates. I paid for expedited shipping so it can be here by today- and I have no idea where or if my package has even shipped. Order #365-****-**** When I use laser ship site to chat, it’s also automatically sending me to help page over and over.
